Brandy Chocolate Soup

Dark, luxurious and a little bit naughty.

Recipe Serves 4

Ingredients:

15oml double cream
200g dark chocolate
100ml strong coffee
4tbsp brandy (optional)
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream


Method:

1. Heat the cream in a pan on a medium to high heat.
2. Whilst it is coming to the boil, chop the chocolate into small pieces and prepare the coffee.
3. Once the cream is boiling, remove it from the heat and stir in the chocolate and mix until smooth. Add in the brandy and coffee. 
5. Divide the soup into four bowls and scoop vanilla ice cream into each.
